Return Policy
We have a 15-day return policy to obtain a full refund to your original form of payment.
If you miss the 15-day window then there's still time left for a return! You have until day 30 after receiving your product for store credit in the form a digital gift card.
No returns will be accepted 30 days after receiving your item(s).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@madiemay.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages
We take pride in selling quality products to our customers, and thoroughly inspect our inventory when it's received at the warehouse. If there is damages to any of your items, please contact us immediately! If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please let us know so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
